Our curriculum is the outcome of the best of all the approaches, methods and philosophies and yet we continue to be receptive to anything new that fosters the integrated growth of the child.
School-preparedness with necessary skill development appropriate to the age.
Children will grow up to be Loving, Caring, Sharing, Accommodative and Bright individuals.
They will be emotionally balanced, confident and strong.
To fulfill the present needs of growing child.
The child would have developed varied interests and will have a streak of creativity.
We have a group of committed teachers/facilitators who understand that each child is different and give personalised attention and ensure the overall development of the child. At Guruklam, we maintain an appropriate teacher-student ratio so that the personal requirements of every individual child are met.
Children are exposed to a number of preschool learning activities that help them in managing their day to day activities independently. Activities are created to revolve around various interesting themes to make children feel at home. Though the children at Guruklam are toddlers and below the age of six, immense effort goes into preparing for creative and effective lesson plans.
Like the dry earth absorbs every drop of moisture, children absorb every bit of knowledge that is fed to them. Detailed Activity plans with particulars of activities are prepared to help teachers, parents and children understand and prepare for each day. This ensures everyone is prepared and equipped for each day. Weekly, monthly and yearly plans are also drawn up, keeping in mind the growth parameters and milestones for the age group. It also helps our teachers understand what needs to be done throughout the year and also ensures they live up to their standards and to improvise further.
